Meditation Buddies

Meditation, while it is often hoped to be all peaceful and nice and stuff, can be a very dangerous thing. Sometimes it is not at all safe to meditate alone, without a spotter.

Last night Sandro hooked Istra up with his sometime meditation partner, and offered her a few lessons in the art to get her going. She seemed to do okay for a beginner; though her partner needed a little help a few times. Lucky Istra was there.
