Ah, the great outdoors

Selena captures this ironic moment from the weekend. Here we are, up at the cottage, having escaped the city and our paths-seldom-crossing individual lives, sitting outside together, enjoying nature's fresh air... and what are we doing? I am sitting there with my laptop fixing programming bugs in a work project. Sandro has discovered a game on Anne's cell phone which he is attempting to conquer. My mom, on the swing, is plugged in to an audio book. Only Istra, in this picture, is not attached to some technological device (unless you count her new-fangled "snappi" diaper fastener); but she no doubt is absorbed in trying to calculate pi to 83,432 decimal places in her head (what else would she be doing?).
